Room availability guaranteed as of 2pm. If you plan to arrive prior to this time and your room is ready, you can check in earlier. If it is not yet ready, you can park in our garage and leave your luggage with us.

You may remain in your room until 12pm. Late check-out is possible according to availability – feel free to ask our receptionist.

You may deposit your luggage with our receptionist both prior to checking-in and after checking-out .

You can reach us by public transport
using tramlines 3 or 6 (Dietrichsteinplatz) or 1, 7, 4, 5 as far as Jakominiplatz.

Yes, we can offer you good-value parking from € 19.00 per day our hotel parking garage or open-air spaces. All spaces are video-controlled and secured within barriers. Spaces available in flexible sizes, suitable for large vans and for convertibles.

We welcome e-cars and can provide 230V charging facilities as well as two Wallboxes Typ2-Socket-32A for a fee.

We are best reached by tramlines 3 or 6 (Dietrichsteinplatz) or 1, 7, 4, 5 as far as Jakominiplatz, from there it is only a minute or two to our hotel.

The airport bus stops at Jakominiplatz, providing an optimal connection if you are arriving by plane.

Train travelers can reach us directly from Graz main station with line 3 or 6.

Even the Flixbus station “Giradigasse” is within 5 minutes walking distance.

We adore breakfast! So we extend a warm welcome to all breakfast lovers, whether our overnight guests or not. For € 18.00 we offer you a fantastic breakfast buffet. Enjoy our terrace when it is warm enough

Breakfast in bed? We’re delighted to serve it to you in your room at an extra charge of € 5.00 per room.

We can satisfy every personal whim with one of our many individually furnished and decorated rooms. We even have a barrier-free room for two, in accordance with all accepted standards. Please feel free to contact us direct with your special wishes and needs.

We have a large number of different rooms such as our Junior Suites and apartments. Whether you need a comfortable convertible sofa or a cot for your child – we can always make room for your whole family without compromising on comfort.

There’s room for a cot in some of our rooms; we can provide the cot with laundry for € 25.00 per night. Please let us know if you need a cot when booking your room.

In addition, breakfast is either free of charge or at a reduced price, depending on children’s age.

Your four-legged friends are welcome for an extra € 15.00 per night. If required, we can provide bowls, plastic bags and show you the best doggy-walks in town – all of them of course personally tested and approved by the hotel dog himself.

The Hotel Gollner is perfectly situated for you to explore the town. We are just a few minutes away from the main sights such as the Graz Castle Mount and you can easily walk to the universities and most company headquarters. The famous Farmers’ Market on Emperor Josef Square and the Graz Opera are literally just round the corner.

Our experienced reception team is always happy to advise you as to what’s going on in Graz. They will happily provide you with concierge service and reserve your tickets, tables in restaurants etc. You can find all the information you need on Graz Tourism.

The hotel bar is open 24 hours a day and at your service! Let us serve you fresh coffee in the morning, a refreshing beer for lunch or a bottle of Styrian wine for the evening – our team is always happy to serve you. Enjoy your drinks in the bar, on the terrace, on the 1st floor or on the roof terrace.

Stands to reason: our sunny roof terrace. Relax up here to your heart’s content! We’re happy to serve you drinks at your deckchair.

Ours is a completely non-smoking hotel. Ashtrays are available on the terraces, however. Feel free to smoke on the terrace of your room. If you wish for one, please request a room with terrace on booking. You can buy cigarettes at the desk (Marlboro, Marlboro Light, Gauloises)

Depending on the bookings for that day, you can book without a credit card, provided arrival is before 4pm.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note, however, that non-refundable rates cannot be refunded at any time. Our cancellation conditions vary according to the season – please check these with your booking confirmation.

A complete in-house laundry service is available. Special garments require out-of-house cleaning and will take 1-2 days.

We are happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron – just ask.

We’re always delighted to welcome you for a long-term stay. Whatever the reason, we have plenty of individual offers for long-term stays at attractive prices.

For a little relaxation in between, our guests have both a sauna and an infrared cabin at their disposal. In addition, there are relaxation rooms to leave the stressful everyday life behind. To use the sauna you have to contact the reception in advance!

Yes, there is a small fitness area on the 4th floor of our main building with soft drinks and protein drinks and bars.
